Justin Aeder was born and raised in the small town of Fairgrove, MI where he developed deep agricultural roots.  He went on to graduate from Saginaw Valley State University in 2006 with a B.A. in Business Administration and moved to Sebring in July 2007.  During working hours, you can find him at Highlands Independent Bank working as a Relationship Manager and loan officer, handing out free samples whenever they’re available.  When he’s not behind the desk, Justin enjoys running, hiking, golfing, fishing, hunting, spending time with his new family, and watching sports.  He is an avid Michigan Wolverines fan and can’t wait for the Rich Rodriguez era to be over.

Yessenia Irizarry, (known to most as Jessy) was born in Brooklyn, NY but considers Allentown, PA. her true hometown. Although raised as a Northerner & and Steelers Fan she finds that staying genuine to her native Puerto Rican roots, tradition and culture has blessed her with the best of 2 worlds. With a love for the Arts, Jessy had plans to attend Art School but decided to take a different path and instead attended the University of Pittsburg majoring in Communications with a Minor in Latin American Studies. She moved to Highlands County in 2002 and has been a Staffing Consultant at Sunshine Staffing in Sebring ever since. Jessy's principle passions in life consists of living a life pleasing to God, enjoying every precious moment with family one is given and always being readily available to help those in need.

Kimberly Nazian hails from the Philadelphia suburb of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, only an hour and a half from the Jersey Shoreline where she honed her saltwater fishing skills on flounder and bluefish.  She moved to Sebring in 2004, where she still enjoys doing all things outdoors but also appreciates some good, quiet evenings.  Kim works as a supervisor in the loan operations department at Highlands Independent Bank, but also is a bit of an entrepreneur as a manicure and pedicure specialist when duty calls. 

Jennifer Carlton, formerly Jennifer Spires, has been a member of the YP since 2006, and has been an active director on the Board since 2008.  She is newly married to fellow YP member Derek Carlton, and often finds herself feeding her coffee addiction at Brewster’s Coffeehouse with friends and family.  After getting fueled up, Jenny is always on the go!  Between being a mother, a private business owner and Independent Insurance Agent, donating her time to several non-profit organizations including the YP and American Cancer Society, spare time is hard to come by.  But if life ever does throw her a spare second, Jenny takes full advantage and loves to shop and travel.  Her life is like that of other young professionals and the Energizer Bunny…going, going, going.
